Polaris World Golf club - Your ultimate experience on a golf course will be playing golf on a Nicklaus Design Golf course at Polaris World Golf Resorts in Costa Cálida, Murcia, Spain.

Polaris World opted for the best player in the world, Jack Nicklaus, the big bear, to design their golf courses. At the present time, Polaris World is building 9 Golf Courses in Murcia, Costa Cálida.

The Jack Nicklaus Golf Trail at Polaris World is the network of these 9 golf courses, unique in Europe, that gives the possibility for property owners to play on all the golf courses that make up this circuit.

Condado de Alhama will incorporate three Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses - two Bear´s Best and the Principal Golf Courses.

The other six Polaris World Golf Resorts will feature their own golf courses, by Nicklaus Design.

Condado de Alhama will feature three Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses.

Two Bear´s Best courses boasting a compilation of the best 18 holes in the world, laid over 160 hectares of green. One of them containes the most famous Jack Nicklaus gohes in the desert, while the other is a collection of parklands, masterpieces of green designs.

One Principal Golf Course, the most ambitious one. Given the brusque changes in the natural layout of this region, this will be the most exclusive golf course in the region.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort - 18 hole golf course
This 18 hole, Par 72 will really become a championship golf course. Exciting tee shot and the highlights on the 2nd and 3rd shot.

Polaris World Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort features exclusive luxury apartments designed to maintain the charm and spirit of the beautiful old Hacienda that is still remaining and integrate these fabulous apartments into this romantic style of the past surrounded by natural beauty. The works on Hacienda Riquelme continue making a good progress, and the first apartments will be handed over, as expected, this year 2006 and delivery will be completed at the end of 2007. La Torre Golf Resort - 18 hole golf course
This 18 holes, par 68 golf course really requires a lot of strategy. On par 39th you will have a lot of fun as water comes into play. This is the signature hole of this course. On 7 out of 18 holes you will have to deal with water. You really will enjoy this golf course.

Beautiful towncenter designed around a wonderful lake. In Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort the first delivery of properties corresponding to the first phase of the work will take place soon. The residential complex will have a total of 2,655 properties, between luxury villas, terraced houses and apartments. Prices start at 196.000€

La Loma Golf Resort - 9 hole golf course
La loma Resort of Polaris World is a Jack Nicklaus 9 hole, par 27 golf course. It is the only 9 hole golf course in Polaris World. This resort features modern style villas designed be the famous Mexican architect José de Yturbe, beautiful apartments and bungalows surrounded by fountains, waterfalls, paths and plazas. Mar Menor Golf Resort - 18 hole golf course
The success of Polaris World Mar Menor Golf Resort has encouraged Polaris World to extend the area by a further 885,000 m², upgrading the golf course, supervised by Nicklaus Design, to 18 holes. The new apartments start at 156.000 € and the resort is only 5 minutes away from the beach. Prices start at 170.000€

El Valle Golf Resort - 18 hole golf course
Again a championship course. 18 hole, par 71. This golf course features rolling fairways and astonishing views and offer a tee shot you will not forget of a very elevated area.
El Valle is Polaris World most exclusive Resort, where delivery of properties is planned for the second half of this year. The complex houses 369 villas and 319 apartments. Prices start at 196.000€
Terrazas de la Torre Golf Resort (New) - 18 hole golf course
Polaris World Las Terrazas de la Torre is the resort adjoining the current La Torre Golf Resort. An area of 1,555,129 m² with an 18-hole golf course, designed by Nicklaus Design. Prices start at 150.000€

Family annual season ticket: Children under 15 included in the season ticket. (4 members maximum per season ticket).
Children or under 18, 500 Euros per person/year.
Note for tenants: All the tenants will have the right to acquire a personal season-ticket by holding the tenant’s agreement and use it for as long as the season-ticket last.
This means the landlords will not be allowed to transfer their season-ticket to the tenants. The tenants will have to purchase their own personal season-tickets or hold on to the normal fees.
There will be an additional cost for the temporary license and this will apply to anyone who is not in possession of the driving rangeThe maximum handicap for men is 28 and 36 for ladies. You must present a copy of your handicap certificate before starting play.
