Condado de Alhama - Prices and Services

At the present time, Polaris World, has released two new developments at Condado de Alhama. Jardines de Alhama, offering only apartments and Cortijos de Alhama where exclusive villas are being offered.

Two-bedroom apartments at Jardines de Alhama are priced at 119.000€ and the villas at Cortijos de Alhama start at 595.000€.

Among the services Polaris World offers in each resort are banks, hairdressers, daily newspaper delivery, pharmacies, shops, supermarket, golf pro-shop, etc …

Jardines de Alhama

Jardines de Alhama is a unique resort within Condado de Alhama. The apartments of this resort are surrounded by beautiful luxurious garden amid parklands and each of these parklands feature a communal pool, 15 swimming pools in total.

Extensive green areas, lanes and pedestrian paths, nature, beautiful landscapes, etc …

The apartments are distributed in 2 floors and have a typical white Mediterranean architecture.

Jardines de Alhama features 2 and 3 bedroom apartments within blocks of 3 floors. 3 bedroom apartments will be located on the ground floor the with nice ample terraces with garden and pool views and the 2 bedroom apartments on the upper floor will have terraces and a big solarium.

Two-bedroom apartments are priced from 119.000€ .
Three-bedroom from 131.300€ .

Jardines de Alhama also will feature a sports complex with tennis courts, basketball, paddle tennis, as well as a football pitch.

Cortijos de Alhama

Also with the area of Condado de Alhama, Cortijos will be found on a privileged corner of Condado. These villas featuring typical cortijo style architecture are set on a beautiful and private hillside with an independent entrance providing more privacy and security.

Cortijos de Alhama will build 3 types of villas and 200 villas in total. Every villa will have a central private courtyard and will be built between a typical andalucian style and the cortijos homes in Murcia.

The villas will have between 3 and 5 bedrooms, porches overlooking the gardens and all will have a private pool.

Villas are priced from 595.000€.
