Mar Menor Golf Resort I was the pioneer Project of Polaris World. A ground of 700.000m² with 750 houses and a 9 hole golf course. All the houses have been completed and properties have been handed over.

Mar Menor Golf Resort II is the awaited expansion of this resort. It will be increased by 885.000m², another 9 hole golf course, this makes an 18 hole golf course and will offer new properties.

As the other Polaris World Golf Resorts, Mar Menor I & II enjoy a prime location close to airports and close the accesses to motorway and highways.

Mar Menor Golf Resort I was designed by Dave Thomas and is at the present time fully operational. This 9 hole, par 36 golf course features 3 lakes that will play an important role in the game and require great skill and control. The golf resort already offers a pro-shop, club house and driving range. The success of Mar Menor Golf Resort has encouraged Polaris World to extend the area by a further 885,000 m², upgrading the golf course, supervised by Nicklaus Design, to 18 holes.

The future extension of the 9 hole golf course of Polaris World Mar Menor II Golf Resort will be created by Jack Nicklaus Design.
