Las Terrazas de la Torre is the resort adjoining the current La Torre Golf Resort. An area of 1,555,129 m² with an 18-hole golf course, designed by Nicklaus Design, which will give residents spectacular views.
The residents of Polaris World Las Terrazas de la Torre will be able to enjoy the great number of services offered by La Torre Golf Resort, as well as the new Town Centre of Las Terrazas de La Torre: supermarket, boutiques, shops, florists, hair and beauty salon, bicycle and car hire, travel agency, bank, sports shop, etc... In addition, in the centre of the resort a large lake will be built which will feature a restaurants, cocktail bars and apartments.
