Polaris World Mar Menor II Golf Resort |
The success of Mar Menor Golf Resort has encouraged Polaris World to extend the area by a further 885,000 m², thus creating 3 new lot of apartments to offer, with more services and upgrading the golf course, supervised by Nicklaus Design, to 18 holes. This new and long-awaited project - Mar Menor II, transforms the already outstanding phase I into one of the most exciting residential areas, with a total surface of 1,600,000 m².
A place where future residents can enjoy the services of Polaris World Mar Menor Resort, with its 5-star Intercontinental Hotel and a complete Town Centre that includes gym, restaurants, leisure areas and a selection of bars.
