First properties at Polaris World La Torre Golf Resort |
In La Torre Golf Resort the first delivery of the new properties corresponding to the first phase of the work will take place soon. The residential complex will have a total of approx. 2.650 properties, between luxury villas, terraced houses and apartments.
Thanks to the amenities offered by this Polaris World resort, an 18-hole golf course designed by Nicklaus Design, Town Centre around a lake, Hotel Crowne Plaza, Spa and a wide range of other services, the complex is almost sold out. In addition, at the end of this year the other 1.700 properties are expected to be handed over.
